NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 22, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2008-CA-030715-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and KEKALANI VAZQUEZ A/K/A KEKALANI VASQUEZ; VICTOR VAZQUEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; INTERNATIONAL FIDELITY INSURANCE COMPANY; CAPITAL ONE BANK; WESTFIELD LAKES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/26/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
