NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 15, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2009-CA-006931-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-AB1, is the Plaintiff and FRANKLIN GONZALEZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANKLIN GONZALEZ; MARIA GONZALEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNTRUST BANK; CYPRESS SPRINGS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; STATE OF FLORIDA; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/16/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
