NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-007514 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR DOVER MORTGAGE CAPITAL CORPORATION GRANTOR TRUST CERTIFICATE SERIES 2004-A is the Plaintiff and COURTNEY C. HUNT, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GEORGE Z. CLARK, DECEASED, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF COURTNEY C. HUNT and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 12th day of November, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 15, ALOMA SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK O, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
