RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010947-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and JAMES J. KAMAN A/K/A JAMES JOSEPH KAMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
THE WEST 100 FEET OF LOTS 5, 6, 7, AND 8, BLOCK 409, BITHLO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH:
2005 FTWD DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME WITH VIN# GAFL575A76893AV21 - TITLE#94344761 AND VIN# GAFL575B76893AV21 - TITLE#94344732
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
