NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-006094-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AC9 is Plaintiff and SHAFFIENA G. HATCHER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAFFIENA G. HATCHER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 14th day of November 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA VIZ: LOT 10, BLOCK “H”, EVANS VILLAGE SECOND UNIT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “X”, PAGES 125 AND 126, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
