NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-008009-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and ANDREA L. LOPER; DARRELL L. LOPER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CLASS SERVICES, INC; AVALON PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 14th day of November 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 92 OF AVALON PARK NORTHWEST VILLAGE PHASE 5, A REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE(S) 13 AND 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
