LOT 11, BLOCK B, WINTER PARK MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2992 CHANTILLY AVE, WINTER PARK, FL 32789; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on January 28, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
