NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2013, in Case Number 2013-CA-002698-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Anthony John Pupo, Tamela Maxine Pupo, and U.S. Small Business Administration are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 14, 2014, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
