NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-006890-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 26th day of November, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit::
UNIT 2620, IN BUILDING 27, OF VISCONTI EAST, A CONDOMINIUM COMMUNITY, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8055, AT PAGE 4054, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH ANY NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS FOR VISCONTI RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8066, PAGE 4223, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
