NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 6, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-034112-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and MOHANIE ABDOOL; GANGARAN ABDOOL; GREGORY D PINKNEY; RONALD C PINKNEY; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JENNIFER ABDOOL, and TENANT #2 N/K/A TEAJRAM ABDOOL are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 02/04/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
