NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2013, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-026983-O DIV. 32A of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-9 is the Plaintiff and Jimmy R. Cavender aka Jimmy R. Cavender, II aka Jimmy Ray Cavender, II; Unknown Spouse of Jimmy R. Cavender aka Jimmy R. Cavender, II aka Jimmy Ray Cavender, II; Stacie L. Cavender aka Stacie Lynne Cavender; Unknown Spouse of Stacie L. Cavender aka Stacie Lynne Cavender; United States of America; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 19th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 160 FEET OF LOT 31, ROCK SPRINGS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Q, PAGE 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
