NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-ca-019564 of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, where WELLS FARGO ANK, N.A., F/K/A WELLS FARGO BANK MINNE-SOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2003-1, mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2003-1, Plaintiff and JOHN BASS AND MARY LAMAN, et al, Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on November 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
