NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004660-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and JEAN PIERRE BEKE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, DEERFIELD PHASE 1D, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 66, 67 and 68 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
