NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 16, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003071-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Kapres Frazier; Cheryl Frazier; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Kensington Manor Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 81, KENSINGTON MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE(S) 92 THROUGH 95, INCLUSIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
