NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 26, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-011822-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and MARCO LUTIN, ARACELY G. LUTIN, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of September, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 34, OF SUNCREST UNIT III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
