NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 7, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-004198-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and RAFAEL O. ROJAS , JESSICA ROJAS A/K/A JESSICA RIVERA,, LAKE BOSS OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT (S), are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of September, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2, Lake Bosse Oaks, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 91, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
