Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 9, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 1, BLOCK 15, SILVER BEACH SUBDIVISION SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGE 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3900 WINONA DR, ORLANDO, FL 32812; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on September 17, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
