NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 23, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-013878-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and GEORGE ROSSI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE ROSSI N/K/A EDNA ROSSI; JOHN DOE, and JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 09/26/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 234, BERMUDA DUNES PRIVATE RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8549, PAGE 190, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC REÇOLDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
