Final Judgment was awarded on August 12, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-003028-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, RAFAEL HERNANDEZ; ELVIA HERNANDEZ AKA ELVIA CARRASVO; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
