NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 14, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 48-2009-CA-024813 O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and, JOAO S CALEGARI; MIRIAM CALEGARI; BANK OF AMERICA; WINWARD PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED; MILENA CALEGARI; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Colleen M. Reilly, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on September 26, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 63, WINDWARD PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 95-97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
