Final Judgment was awarded on August 23, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 48-2009-CA-004363-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and, CARLOS MOLINA a/k/a CARLOS M. MOLINA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS MOLINA a/k/a CARLOS M. MOLINA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; VILLA VALENCIA ORLANDO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; BANK OF AMERICA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
