The following described Real Prperty (The `Property`) located and situated in the County of Orange, State of Florida, to Wit:
Lot 92, Block 2, Stoneybrook West Unit 1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, Pages 134 through 138, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
