Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 26, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
UNIT 4, THE LINKS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN AND DEFINED ON THE SURVEY, PLOT PLAN AND GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 67A THROUGH 67C, AS AMENDED AND DULY FILED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND HAVE BEEN RECORDED PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND HAVE BEEN RECORDED PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AS AN APPURTENANCE TO SAID UNIT AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE LINKS CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 895, PAGES 1145 THROUGH 1184, AS AMENDED AND DULY FILED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND HAVE BEEN RECORDED PRIOR OF THE RECORDING OF THIS INSTRUMENT.
