Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-000989 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CASA LOMA, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GORDON V. HARVEY; EDWARD D. TAUSSIG and GLENN TAUSSIG are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 22 day of October, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Block B, CASA LOMA MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 58, 59 and 60, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; the street address of which is: 303 52nd Ave. Plaza E. Bradenton, FL 34203.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
