NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 21, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2011CA008358, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and, PATRICIA ANN SMITH A/K/A PATRICIA A. SMITH; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; TARGET NATIONAL BANK; HSBC BANK, NEVADA, N.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on September 24, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 , BLOCK B, OF SYLVAN OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 85 THROUGH 90 , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
