NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2012-CA-000419, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and LAWRENCE CERILLI; CASEY CERILLI; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
R.B. “Chips” Shore, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 20th day of September, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING 200 FEET NORTH OF SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 50 FEET; THENCE EAST 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 50 FEET; THENCE WEST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 30, PAGE 651, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
