NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on February 28, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM for the following described property:
LOT 8, BLOCK 5, CORTEZ BEACH, WYMAN AND GREEN`S SUBDIVISION, LESS LAND DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 246, PAGE 193, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
