Brewer, City of Palmetto, Eigee Investment, Inc., a dissolved Florida Corporation, United States of America, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16th day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
