Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013, and entered in 0803568CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County , Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER CUELLARSOLA A/K/A JENNIFER CHRISTA BROOKE CUELLARSOLA A/K/A JC BROOKE CUELLARSOLA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER CUELLARSOLA A/K/A JENNIFER CHRISTA BROOKE CUELLARSOLA
A/K/A JC BROOKE CUELLARSOLA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on September 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 67, NAPLES PARK, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 14, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
