NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-00 1809 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee, under Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of November 1, 2006 Securitized Asset Backed Receivable LLC Trust 2006-FR4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-FR4, Plaintiff and Juan Ramiro Gomez and Ana Milena Contreras, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE,
3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on September 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
