NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 26th day of September 2013, at 11am Foreclosure sales conducted on internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
UNIT 4199, MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 4, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1156, PAGE 0198, ET SEQ., AND AMENDMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1206, PAGE 1810, AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK1207, PAGE 2226, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGES 72 THROUGH 76, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
