Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2013, in this cause, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT Z-l, PHASE 15, THE VILLAGES OF EMERALD BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED NOVEMBER 1, 1989, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1480, PAGES 1861 THROUGH 1976, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale on September 25, 2013, at eleven o'clock a.m., in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in paragraph 4, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
