NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28 day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001070, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and FIRAS P. KASSIRA, CAYMAN I AT TARPON BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION, TARPON BAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 23 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, CAYMAN I TARPON BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2894, PAGE 932, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
