NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006492ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-4 MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-4, Plaintiff, and, POLL, CAROLEIGH, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 30TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2013, the following described property:
Unit 9C, VILLA D'ESTE TOWNHOMES CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium in O.R. Book 1484, Page 740; amended in O.R. Book 1524, Page 1721, all of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
