NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 003522 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL OR BANKING CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF 2009-1 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and PETER B. VERES; VICTORIA VERES; PETER G. VERES; OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2329, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT 14 , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 51-52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
