NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010024-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2007QS9,, is the Plaintiff and DAVID B. CARLETON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID B. CARLETON N/K/A THERESA CARLETON; LEXINGTON OAKS OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A TYRIA MOORE; TENANT #2 N/K/A YASMIN MOORE are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 122, CASSON HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED, IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
