NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-003349-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and FREDDY DUANE WADDELL A/K/A FREDDY D. WADDELL A/K/A FREDDY WADDELL; ELIZABETH ANN FORTUNE A/K/A ELIZABETH A. FORTUNE A/K/A ELIZABETH FORTUNE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MELLISA FOFORTUNE are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 791, THE LAKES UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
