NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-004557-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKER'S TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE AND CUSTODIAN FOR EXIS 2005-HE4 BY: SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, IN. F/K/A MERITECH MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. AS ITS ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, is the Plaintiff and MONICA ZEA; MORTGAGE ELCTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR CHAPEL MORTGAGE CORPORATION; MOUSTAFA R. ALY; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 4, PINE RIDGE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 141-144, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
