NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2, 2013, and entered in Case No.2012-CC-003286WS , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MILLPOND ESTATES SECTION TWO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and BENJAMIN F. BARTHOLOMEW, III is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 20, 2013, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 617-B, MILLPOND ESTATES, SECTION TWO, as shown on the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, pages 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
