NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-2107-WS-J3 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, DATED AS OF JUNE 1, 2004, AMONG CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO. AND U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and Michelle Shaddy; Unknown Spouse of Michelle Shaddy and Martin Dreher, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 30th day of September, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
