Notice is given that under a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2013 in Case No. 51-2012-CA-000741ES in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is Plaintiff and Cisanty, LLP; Cisanty LLP; Omar A. Inaty; Jorge Cisneros; MMP Investments, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; MMP Investments, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; Seven Oaks Professional Park Owners Association, Inc.; Omar Inaty, D.C., P.A.; and Amalia Bracho Inaty, are Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of Court and Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on October 3, 2013, the following described property set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
