Box 1079, Lake Wales, Florida, 33859-1079, Petitioner's attorney, on or before the 6th day of October, 2013, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
