NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on August 20, 2013 in Case No. 2013-CA-00429NC, in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on September 24, 2013, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the property described as follows:
