NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006112 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and DAVID C. DERHAKE; NANCY J. DERHAKE; THE MEADOWS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE MEADOWS SPRINGLAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 38, SPRINGLAKE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1427, PAGE 589, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
