NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 24, 2013, and entered in 2011 CA 008834 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2007-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE2, is the Plaintiff and SANDRA L. BACHAND; CINDY R. CONDER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A BRANDON HINER are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACK 452, NORTH VENICE FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 203, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THAT PORTION TAKEN FOR I-75 RIGHT OF WAY IN ORDER RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1146, PAGE 692, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
