BEING A PORTION OF LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK B, OF THE REVISED PLAT OF POINSETTIA PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 180, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 14, BLOCK B OF SAID REVISED PLAT OF POINSETTIA PARK SUBDIVISION; THENCE NORTH 0Ëš00'27” EAST ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOTS 14 AND 13, A DISTANCE OF 7.00 FEET, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 0Ëš00'27” EAST, 50.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89Ëš32'13” EAST, 109.00 FEET TO INTERSECT THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF MACKEREL STREET (50 FEET RIGHT-OF-WAY, BRYANT STREET PLAT); THENCE SOUTH 0Ëš00'27” WEST ALONG THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID MACKEREL STREET, 50.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89Ëš32'13” WEST PARALLEL WITH AND 7.00 FEET NORTHERLY OF THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 14, A DISTANCE OF 109.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & Gache LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 4630 Woodland Corporate Blvd., Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33614, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
