NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-006022-NC, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for SarasotaCounty, Florida, wherein Stoneywood Cove Community Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Adrian Miranda and UnknownTenant (name unknown) are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 10,2013, in an online sale at www.Sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3049 of STONEYWOOD COVE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 45 at Page 36, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
