HANCOCK N/K/A STEPHEN MARRETT; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; PRESTANCIA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER FOR FREEDOM BANK, A FAILED BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 09/27/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
