NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 18, 2013 in Civil Case No. 58-2008-CA-003352 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-5, is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, NATIONAL CITY BANK , WILLIAM TURNER, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM TURNER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of September, 2013 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 12, Block 18, Sarasota Beach, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1,Page(s) 76, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with a perpetual pedestrian easement along the South side of Lot 21, Block 18, Sarasota Beach described as: an easement Three (3) Feet wide and the Northern Boundary of the easement is a line Three (3) Feet North of the South line of said lot and parallel to it extending from the East and West across said Lot for pedestrian traffic to and from the Gulf of Mexico.
