Fifth Third Bank, A Ohio Corporation, Successor by Merger to Fifth Third Bank, A Michigan Corporation, Successor in interest to R-G Crown Bank, Plaintiff and KATHY EILEEN SCHNEIDER; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 9:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this September 26th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
